  2. Oligomeric proanthocyanidins (OPC) are polyphenols and can widely be found in the plant kingdom, particularly in outer plant parts such as bark or shells but it is also present in the core.
  3. They are very strong antioxidants and protect cells against oxidative damage. They also block nitrosamines from forming.
  4. Grape seeds and grape skins are excellent sources of OPC, which is why consuming grapes and grapes products have been linked to many health benefits like supporting healthy platelet function, promoting blood flow, and preventing the oxidation of LDL cholesterol. 
  5. Studies have shown that grape seeds have a cardioprotective effect.
  6. This formula is a blend of 5 plant extracts(grape seed extract, green tea extract, pomegranate extract, and olive leaf extract) and provides 30 mg OPC and 250 mg polyphenols per capsule.
