Suggested Use: Children ages 1-2 years: 1/2 teaspoon 2 times daily, children ages 2-6: 1 teaspoon 2 times daily, children ages 6-11: 1 to 2 teaspoons 2 to 3 times daily, 11 years and older: 1 tbsp 2 to 3 times a day. Not for long-term use.
