Magnesium Citrate Soluble Powder
Relaxes nerves and muscles and supports relaxation and restful sleep.* Completely soluble in water-based liquids and contains citric acid, therefore it is also buffered when in solution. This powder dissolves in water, juice, lemonade or any other waterbased liquid. It is non-gritty and has a very pleasant citrus taste that comes from the citric acid present. Magnesium is an essential mineral that is involved in many body functions as well as being a constituent of bones and teeth.* It is an essential element of cellular metabolism and is an enzyme activator.*
